Its products have many excellent performances, such as anti-skid and wear resistance, tire protection, reducing tire noise, comfort and non-vibration, self-cleaning in case of rainwater, etc. Moreover, the design is beautiful and clear, the orientation is strong, and the product is eye-catching and safe. 一、自流平地坪漆基本做法①采用混凝土地面硬化剂来提高坡道面层的耐磨性;②采用防滑槽橡胶圈定位模板来放置橡胶圈, 因而施工效率与防滑槽位置的准确性均有较大的提高。
First, the basic method of non-vibration anti-landslide road is to use concrete ground hardening agent to improve the wear resistance of the slope surface layer; second, to use anti-skid groove rubber ring positioning template to place rubber ring, so the construction efficiency and accuracy of anti-skid groove position are greatly improved.
The key points of operation of the non-vibration anti-landslide road are as follows:
(1) Clean up the grass-roots units.
(2) 弹线先弹设混凝土道牙标高控制线, 然后用C30混凝土铺砌道牙, 道牙与道牙之间缝隙控制在15mm左右, 用1÷ 2水泥砂浆填实。道牙铺设完毕且坐浆用混凝土达到一定强度后, 再在道牙上弹出坡道面层混凝土标高控制线和防滑圈位置线。
(2) The ballistic line first establishes the elevation control line of concrete ballast teeth, then lays the ballast teeth with C30 concrete. (3) 绑扎钢筋坡道面层混凝土内配置<8@200mm 双层双向钢筋, 下层钢筋设砂浆垫块并绑扎牢固, 两层钢筋之间设<16mm 的马凳筋, 间距600～ 900mm , 呈梅花形布置。
(3) Bi-directional reinforcing bars < 8@200 mm are arranged in the concrete of the surface layer of the reinforced ramp, mortar cushion blocks are arranged in the lower reinforcing bars, and horse stool bars < 16 mm are arranged between the two reinforcing bars, with a spacing of 600-900 mm, in the shape of plum blossom.
(4) 施工缝留设坡道面层混凝土分段浇筑, 每20m 留设1道施工缝。

(5) 混凝土浇筑面层混凝土强度等级为C30, 石子粒径5～ 20mm , 坍落度控制在10～ 14cm。混凝土浇筑时使用振捣器振实, 并用长刮尺找平, 用木抹子搓平提浆。(6) 第1次撒布硬化剂混凝土搓平提浆后和初凝之前开始撒布, 用量为总量 的2/3, 撒布要力求均匀, 不均匀处用扫帚扫匀。

(7) 防滑槽橡胶圈放置先将防滑槽橡胶圈定位模板按道牙上的弹线位置予以固定, 再把防滑槽橡胶圈通过模板上的预留孔依次压入混凝土内, 待一块模板的预留孔压满橡胶圈后, 取出模板, 移至下一段使用。
(7) Placing the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove, the positioning template of the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove is fixed according to the elastic line position on the ballistic teeth, and then the rubber ring of the anti-skid groove is pressed into the concrete through the reserved hole on the template in turn. After the reserved hole of a template is filled with the rubber ring, the template is taken out and moved to the next section for use.
(8) 第2次撒布硬化剂撒布用量为总量的2/3 , 硬化剂完全吸水后用木抹子搓平压实, 然后用铁抹子分3遍压光提浆, 最后用塑料扫帚将混凝土表面扫毛。
(8) The amount of hardener used for the second time is 2/3 of the total amount. After fully absorbing water, the hardener is rubbed and compacted with a wooden plaster, then the pulp is polished three times with an iron plaster, and finally the concrete surface is swept with a plastic broom.
(9) Rubber rings are removed before the final setting of concrete, with the degree of non-collapse and non-drop angle of concrete.
(10) 混凝土固化12h 后, 在其表面涂刷养护剂, 养护时间不少于7d。养护期间要设置栏杆封闭, 并派专人值守,禁止上人、走车。
(10) After 12 hours of curing, the concrete surface is coated with curing agent, and the curing time is not less than 7 days. During the maintenance period, the railings should be closed and special guards should be assigned. It is forbidden to climb or walk.

3. Construction Scheme of Non-Vibration Landslide Stopping Road
(1) Base treatment: Clean up oil and impurities on the original ground, repair holes and smooth ground.
(2) Bottom construction: integral roll coating penetrates the bottom coating, infiltrates the concrete and closes the pore, so that the concrete ground is firmly integrated.
(3) Compression layer construction: after the bottom coating is dried, the whole batch scrapes the Yellow anti-sliding compression middle layer; after the feet are not bonded, the line is drawn according to the design and the paper is pasted.
(4) Anti-skid layer construction: integrally sprayed with green or other color anti-skid surface layer.
(5) Construction of protective layer of non-vibration anti-landslide road: stripping the American paper when the anti-skid layer first solidifies, rolling or spraying special covering agent when the anti-skid layer is dry.
